The latest harvest of Badia a Coltibuono extra virgin olive oil is slightly bitter with a golden hue and a mild peppery and fruity flavor. Pressed early in the harvest season, this Tuscan olive oil has very low acidity and high in natural antioxidants. Reserve for drizzling over full-bodied dishes like roasted meats or vegetables.
