Tavoletta al Pistachio is a thinly sliced nougat with pistachios that is combined with honey, sugar and whipped egg whites. Handcrafted in the Venetian workshop by the Scaldaferro family without any preservatives or additives. Hand tooled in wooden boxes to maintain crispness, the thin torrone nougat is wrapped in a soft waffle before it is cooled and cut into thin slices. The slices are so thin that the torrone will melt in your mouth.
