DeTacchi makes their Maranello Corn Flour from Maranello corn, particularly remarkable for its beautiful deep yellow orange color and flecks of darker corn bran. Grown using sustainable farming techniques and careful selection of seeds and finally stone ground into a fine flour. Excellent for authentic stone ground polentas.
