Partanna Whole Sicilian Castelvetrano Green Olives are 100% sustainably farmed in Castelvetrano, Sicily by the Asaro family farms. The olives are hand-picked and harvested at the peak ripeness and preserved in brine with natural sea salt from the Trapani salt flats. They have a distinctive meaty and firm texture with a sweet and buttery flavor. A great addition to antipasto platters, salads, sandwiches, and pizzas. They can also be used as a garnish for cocktails and martinis, or simply enjoyed as a snack on their own.
