Crafted with the highest quality 100% fresh pork cuts, imported pecorino romano cheese, ground fennel, spices and imported Italian wine. All of this without the use of any fillers or preservatives! Enjoy it grilled, on a sandwich, with peppers and onions and sliced up in pasta, and on pizza.
All of our products are hand wrapped and packed in eco-friendly packaging. No Packing Peanuts or Bubble Wrap ever.

"but pretty darn good. Better than the many other sausages I've tried in the last year or two. Sweet/mild Italian sausage shouldn't have too much pepper and it shouldn't be too salty. This was nicely seasoned and I love the fennel!"
