Rosato Condimento Balsamico - 8.45 oz

Rose "Rosato" Balsamic Condiment is produced with concentrated white grape must, wine vinegar and a touch of black black grape must that lends an aromatic smell and an elegant distinctive pink color. It has an intense fruity smell and a balanced sweet and sour flavor. This condiment is ideal with summer salads, grilled fish, seasonal fruits, and fine cheeses. Great as a light marinade for pork and fish.

Free of artificial colorings, preservatives, and thickeners. Because of its’ light color, it doesn’t “soil” a dish, so it’s perfect to maintain the original color but at the same time gives sweet balsamic notes.
