This gluten free Maccheroni pasta from Detacchi is made of 100% Maranello Corn, which is an ancient Italian variety grown in the Venetian area by De Tacchi with slef-made seeds. This classic traditional Italian pasta is an indispensable ingredient in recipes such as cacio e pepe or alla norma. This pasta cooks in about 10/11 minutes.
