"Got this on a clearance deal. Legit, very high quality olive oil. If you taste it raw from the bottle it’s smooth with a slight bite and bitterness. This is how it is suppose to be :). I will admit it is a bit mild for cooking so I prefer something a bit more robust most cooking dishes but this is perfect to add to pasta or with brittle bread. Only gave it 4/5 because the flavor is a bit milder than expected but top quality."
