These premium anchovy fillets come from the Mediterranean waters off Sicily, and are produced by a family-run company that has preserved traditional methods since the 1930s. Each fish is carefully deboned and filleted by hand, then packed in high-quality Sicilian olive oil and a touch of salt. The result is anchovy fillets that are firm yet tender, offering a rich savoury (umami) depth rather than just saltiness.

All of our products are hand wrapped and packed in eco-friendly packaging.  No Packing Peanuts or Bubble Wrap ever.
