Asiago Fresco DOP - 8 oz. wedge

Asiago Fresco, or Asiago Pressato, is the youngest version of the Asiago cheeses. Agriform's Asiago Fresco is made with sweet, flavorful whole milk from Veneto. This DOP Asiago Fresco is soft, sweet, lightly tangy, and buttery, with a springy texture interior. Aged for 20 to 40 days. 

All of our products are hand wrapped and packed in eco-friendly packaging.  No Packing Peanuts or Bubble Wrap ever.

• Free Standard Shipping for orders over $99 (excluding special care items).
• Flate Rate Standard Shipping from $12 - $15 for orders less than $99 (excluding special care items),
• Shipping Charges for orders that contain special care items are calculated based on the weight of your order and zip code.  Actual carrier rates + handling are used to determine the rate of shipping.
