"I use this semolina in a recipe for prosfora, a religious bread used for Communion. I had been ordering off of Amazon but decided to look elsewhere. I’m so happy with my order from Ditalia! Not only did they have this larger bag size (I had been order 2-2lbs bags off of Amazon every other month), but they also shipped it the same day and it arrived in 2 days! Faster than Amazon for my location! The bag was packaged securely and undamaged. It’s also a better price, when factoring in the cost per pound. "This wheat makes the BEST bread, the texture and the crumb are unbelievable. I have never used it for pasta until this order, and oh my gosh the pasta. I will buy this again, and again.
