Cordero combines carnaroli rice with black truffles and a blend of spices that comes together with minimal preparation and maximum flavor. A simple and easy dish to make at home for an upscale dinner.  We also love hand forming them into balls (about the size of a golf ball) and dipping them in breadcrumbs and frying.
