Boldly aromatic and green. this Sardinia Extra Virgin Olive Oil is pressed from estate grown Bosana and Tonda di Cagliari olives immediately after harvest with a top-of-the-line cold extraction system. Clean on the palate with green tomato and apple notes with a spicy, bitter finish.  Excellent for finishing farro and fregola dishes, tomato salad, potatoes, soups and any fish and meat dishes.
