Olive oil
"Love it!"
Castelvetrano Olives - also known as Nocellara del Belice olives - are only grown in southwest Sicily, but they are loved all over the world for their fleshy texture and nutty-buttery flavor. Castelvetrano's are large olives that are hand-picked before they completely ripen, giving them a naturally bright, green color.
The Asaro family has been growing 100% sustainably farmed Castelvetrano olives for five generations. They carefully pick each olive by hand to protect the color, flavor, and texture from bruising as well as oxidation. After picking, the olives are cured, pits removed, and preserved with natural sea salt from Trapani, in Southwest Sicily.
With their soft texture and mild flavor, pitted olives are perfect for cooking. Use them to make tapenade, chop them up, sprinkle them on pizza or pasta, or roast them with chicken or fish.
All of our products are hand wrapped and packed in eco-friendly packaging. No Packing Peanuts or Bubble Wrap ever.
