This pasta is crafted by the Zampino family in Gragnano, Italy, using rare Senatore Cappelli heirloom wheat grown exclusively in Italy. Bronze-die extrusion gives the pasta its signature rough texture, allowing it to hold sauces beautifully while delivering a rich, hearty flavor. Its short, ridged tubular shape is ideal for pairing with chunky meat, vegetable, or tomato-based sauces.
