Ravida fans have been thrilled with this condimento featuring fresh, fragrant and citrusy organic Zagara Bianca lemons dancing with Ravida's famous Biancolilla extra virgin olive oil. Made by pressing ripe lemons with the olives at harvest. The oil works very well over rich shellfish such as crab, or as an addition to a fresh mayonnaise, and makes an excellent salad dressing. Delicious with cooked meats such as roasted chicken, or with beef tartare. Try a few drops in a dirty martini! Awarded two stars in the Great Taste Awards, 2019.
