This silky Pistachio Cream produced on the slopes of Etna by A Ricchigia is a guaranteed pleaser. Sicilian pistachios are ground to perfection to create velvety smooth cream. It makes ridiculously good gelato and is concentrated enough to deliver outstanding pistachio flavor when mixed into pastry cream or ganache, whipped into mousse, or swirled into babka. Try simply spread on toasted bread or to garnish ice cream, fresh cakes and pastries.
