A Sicilian twist on the classic pesto Genovese. With an abundance of pistachios in Sicily, this pesto is a typical recipe found in Sicily. This pesto is sweet and aromatic, with a brilliant green hue and intense creaminess. The pistachios are ground with sunflower oil, salt and pepper for a unique condiment that makes a delightful accompaniment to foods of all kinds, from fish to veggies. Perfect as a base for pizza and panini sandwiches.
