Mediterranean yellowfin tuna marinated in olive oil and lemon and orange Calabrian citrus zest. The tuna is carefully fished in accordance with protection of the seas and traditional Calabrian preservation methods. Once jarred, the tuna is allowed to ripen for up to a year before distribution, so the intense flavor of the tuna matures and unites with the bright citrus flavors of Calabria.
