Volpi Guanciale is a traditional, Italian-style dry cured pork jowl. Similar to pancetta, Guanciale is used in Italian cooking as an ingredient in pasta dishes, sauces, pizza, and roasted meats. This Guanciale has the perfect smoky, peppery pure pork flavor.
In the late 19th century, Italian families began to arrive in the United States by the hundreds of thousands.
