Pancetta
"I've never had Pancetta before and I thought I'd try it with one of my Italian recipes. At first, I had 1 pkg. thaw out in the fridge. When I went to cook it, it stunk! So bad!!!! Then I got out another pkg and I knew that this pkg was fresher so if it stunk too, it wasn't because of it going bad it was because that's the way it was supposed to smell. This was not for me!!! I'll stick to my favorite fat-filled bacon that smells heavenly. . . I'm half Italian but not for this cheeky stuff."
