Sulla Honey is relatively unknown to many around the world. Harvested in the southern parts of Italy and more particularly from Sicily. Tudia Sicilian sulla honey is a raw and natural honey obtained from beautiful pink blossoms of an ancient Italian clover. It has a very light aroma and a delicate taste with a pleasant vegetable note and faint hint of straw. It is not overly sweet, but is very rich in fructose. It pairs perfectly with yogurt, soft cheeses like ricotta and goat cheese or simply spread on toasted bread. You may notice some crystallization with sulla honey. This crystallization is a natural process that affects honey and demonstrates its authenticity as it is not subjected to industrial processes.
