Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and soley by mechanical means. Produced from different olive varitities grown on the estate in the Molise region, hand harvested and cold processed in the estate's oil mill within 12 hours of picking. Organic fertilisers and ecologically sustainable practices are employed - drop irrigation - early harvest.


    The mountainous region of Molise is known for its rich wildlife, breathtaking scenery, and pristine historic sites. Over the years the region has come under many different cultural influences, from Lombards to Franks to Normans and Sicilians. The result is a varied cuisine that borrows from, and improvises on, cherished culinary traditions from around Italy.
