Vero creates small production pasta in Matera Basilicata. This Rigatoni is made from durum wheat flour, and is shaped into tubes using bronze-dyes. Its ridges and textures will cling to red sauces, making this pasta ideal for pasta bolognese. Organic and non-GMO.
