Quintosapore Aglione Garlic Aioli is a rich, savory condiment made with the prized, Umbrian farm-grown, ‘Aglione del Re’ garlic, grapeseed oil, potatoes, and a hint of lemon. This rare, protected garlic variety, grown exclusively in the Valdichiana region, dates back to Etruscan times and is cultivated under strict organic practices. It used to be known as the "Emperor's Garlic". Quintosapore, founded in 2019 by twin brothers Ale and Nic Giuggioli, is an innovative farming project guided by regenerative, biodynamic, and organic principles and inspired by biomimicry. Every jar of this aioli reflects their passion for creating extraordinary flavors while nurturing the soil and demonstrating a sustainable approach to modern agriculture.
