About the Producer
Established in 1945, Anfosso has been producing extra virgin olive oil from Ligurian olives. Located in Chiusavecchia, Imperia, the Anfosso family estate is now run by Alessandro and Alfredo, who have expanded the business to include Taggiasca olives in EVOO, DOP Basil Pesto, and various preserves, sauces, and creams. The brand’s history is intertwined with the family’s dedication to tradition, excellence, and their love for olive oil.
